Elizabeth Goss is the CEO of Goss Associates, LLC. She is an experienced immigration lawyer

who is nationally recognized for representing multinational corporations, entrepreneurial

ventures, universities, and research institutions. She is a past Chair of GRAC and past Chair of

the National Employment-Based Subcommittee for NAFSA. Elizabeth currently serves on the

boards of Immigrant’s List and Immigrant’s List Civic Action, award-winning organizations

focused on immigration advocacy and dedicated to electing pro-immigration candidates.

Elizabeth specializes in securing temporary and permanent visas for physicians, researchers,

professors, and artists under the extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, and national

interest waiver immigrant visa categories. She is one of only a few attorneys nationwide to have

obtained international entrepreneur parole for start-ups.

Before founding Goss Associates, Elizabeth was a partner at Tocci, Goss & Lee PC and co-

founded Newfront Software. She also served as Director of the International Students and

Scholars Office for Tufts University’s Health Sciences campus.

She has served as Chair of GRAC and NAFSA Region XI, and she has held several national

leadership positions with both the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and

NAFSA: Association of International Educators.

A skilled writer, Elizabeth has contributed to prominent legal and professional publications,

including those published by AILA, MCLE, and NAFSA. She is also a frequent guest lecturer at

universities, where she speaks on work authorization and permanent residence options for

international scholars and students.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Wheaton College in Massachusetts and received her law degree from

New England Law | Boston. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, and

federal court.
